How much does shipping cost?
Domestic US orders will ship for a flat rate of $7. We frequently offer free shipping for domestic orders via USPS when certain purchase thresholds are met. Please check in your cart for specifics on any current free shipping offer. For international shipping with updated tracking, choose USPS Priority Mail Express International at checkout.
Can I use my FSA/HSA?
Yes! Ru products are FSA/HSA eligible. Simply pay for your order using your FSA/HSA card.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, because women live everywhere, Ru will happily ship to you! Currently, we are unable to ship to Brazil, or Japan. If you are located outside of the US, international delivery may take up to 18 business days on average. For a more reliable international shipping option with tracking, choose USPS Priority Mail Express International at checkout. You can also choose USPS First Class Package International at checkout for a reduced shipping price. Please note, however, that this option does not come with tracking and can take longer to arrive.

When ordering internationally or to Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories, delivery may take up to 18 business days.
